there was lettuce in my chip wrap? nowhere does it state that the chip wraps come with lettuce? guy at the door was nice though

The food was terrible! The kebab meat was dry and hard as if it were from the night before. The salad on the chicken wrap was also days old. I would not order again.

Got a calzone pizza and the base was still raw rang the shop and she told me it’s meant to be like that because it’s a calzone didn’t offer a replacement or refund then put the phone down on me .. I use this shop all the time but don’t think I will be in future

Tried a few other places since moving home been disappointed with them with quality and value for money so went back the this place Bertos and wished I never tried the other's Quality food with my favourite Spicy Donner kebab bloody lovely and the folded pizza's top notch. Trust me if you want VALUE for your money this is the place.Thanks Bertos.
