Waste of my time and money, food was delivered in 2 separate deliveries however somehow that was my problem and I just had to accept it, food went in the bin as it was stone cold it had been out the shop over an hour before I got it, rang the shop staff were rude again didn’t acknowledge there mistake. Was told to contact them tonight to have my order re sent out only to be told manager wasn’t in and I’m not getting it as they sent coke with my food, then hung up on me and blocked my number from calling them, absolutely pathetic behaviour from a company who are meant to value there customers, usually order from here 3 times a week usually but won’t ever use them again. I understand mistakes happen but the way they’ve dealt with it is absolutely pathetic

Although the food is excellent as always, I have to mark this down to the delivery driver messing up my order and saying I sill had to pay, although I had. He then asked for the food back and told me to call up the shop, although he did come back 30 seconds later, gave me my food, said he'd called the shop and they confirmed I had already paid. He apologised for his mistake, we're only human, mistakes happen. Apology accepted. (Although I was, initially, upset.)

Terrible, ordered donner rap with cabbage had like 3 strands of donner meat in when I opened it, I phoned up to complain was offered another one, or was told can add it on to the next order, I said you can keep it I won’t order again from here, avoid!!
