Low quality food that was cold on arrival. Wraps contained minimal filling with very little meat. Order took almost 2 hours to arrive. Free garlic bread that was promoted and promised on website as offer did not arrive despite requesting in comments when making order. Clear false advertising! What makes this worse is the fact that we did get a free garlic bread with cheese with the exact same order 2 weeks prior (check my account history) very poor service overall for mediocre food. We won’t be re-ordering from Berto’s!

Food arrived cold. Chips stale and dry. Chicken wrap was tiny and cold. Pizza wasn’t great either. Was advertised saying free margarita and to state in the comments which I did. But never received it. Called the shop and was told I got 40% off instead, which I didn’t, and there was an error on the website. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Order from here regular but last nights order was absolutely terrible. There was half the amount of food in the box that we usually get, 2 pieces of kebab meat and usually the box is bursting with meat, more than enough to share between 2 but last nights order barely fed my child. I know it was 50% off but if they are going to give you 50% less food then I’ll go elsewhere in future.

We ordered a pizza and a garlic bread with cheese. Both felt like that whoever made them, skimpt on the cheese as both were very dry. However, we waited 40min for them and we were both hungry so ate them anyway. Didn't want to complain, just let you know to avoid this happening on other orders.
