Food turned up roughly 45 minutes late, 52 minutes after the text I received saying the food had left the shop. Pizza were stone cold and the driver was nothing but arrogant..!! The shop offered to resolve this by giving me my next order free however when I rang to claim this offer the manager finally grew some balls and spoke to my partner on the phone with nothing but attitude towards us claiming we were the ones in the wrong, Shame because the foods generally nice but safe to say Berto have lost us as a customer. Obviously we understand the shop gets busy but we don’t expect to be lied too by the staff or the drivers, maybe accept responsibility for once and respect your regular customers

The food was excellent, as always, but they have changed their chilli sauce mixture. Took something out and added ground black pepper, it is spicy but without flavour. Otherwise great ????
